Custom Design Policy

Custom gifts are---custom. This means that we create a gift based on your specifications and budget. We work closely with you to assure that the gift(s) meet your satisfaction and to remain within your budget to the best of our ability.
Our goal is to design a gift that you will be completely happy with. Upon receiving your design request, we will schedule a short consultation with you to verify the details, including budget, and go over our process with you.   If any part of the gift cannot meet the design standards or the budget, we will notify you.  The quote must be approved before any work can begin.
Custom designed gifts require a 50% deposit before any work can begin. Once the quote is approved, either verbally or written, we can either invoice you or take payment over the phone for the deposit. The remaining balance is due upon approval by you (the client) and before delivery/shipping to the recipient. If we are delivering to you locally, we can accept the remaining balance payment from you at the time of delivery.
Our policy is to send photos to you for review before completion. We will be more than happy to make changes to any part of the gift that you may be unsatisfied with. We may offer suggestions for changes that will keep the integrity of the design. Please note, we will do our absolute best to ensure any changes meet your budget guidelines. We will notify you if any requested changes will incur additional charges. Our goal is for you and your recipient to be happy with the gift. Once we receive confirmation, either verbal or written, we will proceed with finalizing the design and delivery/shipping.
Wine or alcohol in a custom gift: we currently are not licensed to sell wine or alcohol in custom gifts. The client may, however, provide the wine or alcohol to us as a part of the gift.  The recipient must be 21 years of age and an adult, who is 21 years or over, must be able to show identification and sign for the gift package.
